We encourage you to arrive early to fill out any pending paperwork. This also allows you to meet your coach and get squared away.

Show up early and work hard are the only requirements!

101 Week
New to CrossFit? No worries!

Our 101 Program is designed to familiarize you with all the fundamental movements we use in our daily workouts. 101 consists of four 1 hour classes and is taught in a small group setting so you get proper attention and guidance. We then invite you to join us for 2 days at the class time of your choice to see if we are the right fit for you. Your $99 will be applied towards your first month’s membership.

SWEAT Free Week Trial
Come SWEAT with us!

SWEAT is a 30 minute HIIT bootcamp. You will see less weight and more movements packed into each class, tapping into the smaller muscles we don't always target during CrossFit programming.
